è un problema gia trattato più e più volte lo so. Riapro l'argomento non per darvi una soluzione per risolverlo ma per dire qualcosa che non è stata mai detta, e che magari può essere oggetto di attenta valutazione da parte di chi ci capisce più di me.
il router che uso è un wgt624 netgear (router access point)
situazione connessioni:
hag connesso ad access point ( prove effettuate con access point in modalità dhcp e non dhcp) e all'accass point 2 pc attaccati, uno su cavo e uno in wi-fi.
caso 1) dal pc collegato all'access point via cavo, vls funziona alla perfezione, MA è impossibile a tutte le periferiche wireless navigare, accedere ad internet, navigare nelle cartelle di rete condivise o accedere alla schermata di configurazione dell'access point. Cioè l'access point è come se bloccasse tutte le connessioni wifi.
caso 2) pc che è connesso in wireless viene connesso via cavo (disattivando il wireless) al access point. Vlc funziona regolarmente, e i servizi di rete restano attivi (navigazione msn icq e anche i servizi lan)
caso 3) pc connesso in wireless prova a far partire vlc: l'immagine appare totalmente spixellata tutta a quadratini verdi e viene aggiornata ogni 30 secondi. mentre vlc è aperto, tale computer perde l'accesso ad ogni servizio internet e di rete.

la conclusione che posso trarre alla fine di queste prove è che vlc genera un tale traffico di pacchetti udp che l'access point si vede costretto a disattivare le funzionalità wireless per poterlo gestire.
